This policy explains how The Modern Man Upgrade handles information when you visit the site, purchase the digital product, verify a purchase, or download the files.

We may receive your purchase email, order and payment identifiers, product name, amount, currency, payment environment, purchase time, download count, and support messages. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.

We use this information to confirm payment, provide secure downloads, prevent unauthorized distribution, respond to support requests, maintain transaction records, handle refunds, and protect the service.
4. Payment processing
The payment service identified at checkout processes the transaction as Merchant of Record. Its privacy terms govern information entered into its checkout and customer portal. It may send us signed payment-status notifications needed to fulfil the order.
5. Storage and security
Order records are stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Product files are kept in private object storage and are served only after purchase verification. Download sessions are time-limited. No method of storage is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a small digital-product service.
6. Retention
Transaction and access records may be retained for fulfilment, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
